¹Certain Conditions Apply: To participate in the Refer a Friend program, you must be an existing First Data Canada customer. Referrals cannot be made retrospectively. Offer is applicable only to new deals. Offer is not eligible for referrals of Mobile Pay Plus Solution only. Participants are only eligible to claim their reward once the referred customer has signed a contract, processes credit card and debit card transactions, settles their transactions, and has been a FD Canada merchant for a minimum of 3 months. If referred customer gives notice to, or terminates their contract prior to the 3 month period, the offer is not applicable. In the event of multiple participants referring the same company, only the first referral FD Canada receives will be eligible for the reward. The reward is as stated, and is not redeemable for cash. FD Canada reserves the right to provide alternative rewards or a broadly equivalent value. FD Canada cannot provide any details or contracts signed as it pertains to referred customers on account of confidentiality obligations. FD Canada reserves the right to modify this Program and the Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion, and without notice to you. Participation in the Program is considered acceptance of Program Terms and Conditions and any modifications which might be made. FD Canada may also, in its sole discretion, change, cancel, suspend, or modify any aspect of the Program without notice. Allow 90 days after a new account is activated to receive your credit.
